1. DESIGN ENGINEER
Designated for experienced veterans of the craft with ability to design in CAD, communications with clients, planning, delegating and leading installations. Incentive pay structure based on responsibilities managed
2. EXPERT FABRICATOR & INSTALLER
Top level craft experience and talent motivated to build and create beautiful and thoughtful designs, but not interested in management. This position is a perfect fit for someone who loves to get lost in their work, does an amazing job, but would like to keep their responsibilities to just that. Pay based on market value for top talent.
3. APPRENTICES & CRAFTSPEOPLE
Moderate level experience required to get a start at our apprentice and intermediate level opportunities. This position is reserved people with a desire to learn, grow and advance their career as a craftsperson. A strong work ethic, determination and a willingness to earn trust with tasks that solicit creative agency. Pay based on market value.
